Berlethia Pitts, Ph.D.

The October 11 meeting of AAUW Houston Peach is designed to encourage discussion on the best selling book The Help by Katherine Stockett. Dr. Berlethia Pitts, Assistant Professor of English and African American and Diaspora Studies at Fort Valley State University, will be the discussion leader. Dr. Pitts received her Ph.D. in African American Studies at Temple University, Philadelphia, PA.

The meeting will be held at the new location at the Westcliff Condominium Clubhouse at 303 Westcliff Circle. Come at 6:30 p.m. to meet and mingle for light snacks. The program starts at 7:00 p.m. Members are encourage to bring a guest.
